laying on the bathroom floor, hiding my tears, feeling lonely, overwhelmed, and unsure how to keep going. I’ve pulled myself together more times than I can count. And I’m here to tell you: it is possible to move past this.
In my journey, I learned that real change happens when we treat ourselves with love and compassion. The moment I chose love with myself, exactly as I was, everything began to shift.
As a Health coach and peer support worker I support You as a you begin the journey to balance of mind, body, and spirit. Drawing from all my training and lived experience, I’ll work with you to intuitively create a plan that empowers you on your own path.

What Is Health Coaching?
Health Coaching is a supportive, personalized approach to helping you create healthier habits—physically, emotionally, and mentally. It’s not about strict rules or perfection. Instead, it’s about discovering what truly nourishes you and learning to care for yourself with compassion.

With 14 years of sobriety, a commitment to healthier lifestyle choices, and a deep journey into self-love, I understand what it takes to transform your life from the inside out. My lived experience allows me to meet you with genuine empathy, honesty, and hope.
As a Peer Support Worker, I don’t lead or follow — I walk beside you.
I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel supported without judgment. Together, we explore your challenges, celebrate your strengths, and navigate your healing one step at a time.

As a Certified Yoga & Qigong Instructor, Health Coach, and Peer Support Worker,
I understand how essential it is to activate the body’s parasympathetic nervous system—the rest-and-repair state where true healing begins. Through my own journey of 14 years sobriety, choosing healthier habits, and learning to love myself, I’ve learned that healing happens when we feel safe, supported, and connected.
In our sessions, I create a personalized, compassionate space using gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, positive self-talk, and supportive accountability. Together, we explore what works for you, allowing you to build trust in your intuition and feel empowered by your choices—even the ones that don’t go as planned.
Over time, you’ll gain the tools, awareness, and confidence needed to return to a place of self-love, acceptance, and self-empowerment. I’m here to walk beside you as you find your way back home.
