Compassionate Inquiry

Having a session with Christa is a great experience. She creates an amazing place of safety, openness, with inviting presence, intuition and compassion. I felt held and supported to explore the things I brought to the session. Her presence and attunement with me as her client was simply amazing. The sessions have given me great insights and brought me a lot of liberation in the areas of my life that I wanted to transform. Highly recommend her!  Elizabeta Fister

Compassionate Inquiry

Compassionate Inquiry is a psychotherapeutic approach created by Dr. Gabor Maté that helps uncover the childhood wounds, beliefs, and patterns that keep us stuck in our stories. By bringing awareness to body sensations, emotions, and the beliefs attached to them, unconscious patterns begin to surface.

Through gentle, well-placed questions, we explore the root causes of our pain and coping mechanisms formed in childhood. This process allows you to recognize the stories you’ve been carrying, understand where they came from, and begin releasing their hold.

Compassionate Inquiry is about slowing down, creating safety, and moving at your pace. You are always in control of the session. With compassion and care, this work can bring you back to a deep sense of connection—feeling whole, complete, and centred.

Sessions: $120/hr
